Cancellation conditions


Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date.

 
  • BOOKING CANCELLATION:
The Guest who wants to cancel the reservation is entitled to a full refund of the deposit only if SISAN Family Resort receives the written cancellation request at least 14 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking. In this case, SISAN Family Resort will not withhold any sum as a penalty.
The Guest who renounces to the booking with written communication received by SISAN Family Resort in the 13 days before the arrival date indicated in the booking – or who does not show – will not be entitled to any refund, with the right of Sisan Family Resort to retain the 100 % of the deposit.

 
  • METHODS FOR RETURNING THE DEPOSIT:
You will receive by E-Mail a form with the request for bank details, to be returned to us in order to make the bank transfer.
If the deposit was paid through NEXI, the refund will be made by cancelling the transaction on your card.
 

IMPORTANT! The cancellation request must be sent by the holder of the reservation.
